TRANSPARENT PROJECT PROCESS

Payment milestones aligned with each phase of work.

The exact amount is based on the approved agreement and project requirements. Normal projects and bare-shell projects use different percentages during the third and fourth phases.

Meet with the Designer

Initial site understanding, design direction and approximate project planning.

Site measurement and work-time discussion as per site rules
Work BOQ preparation, when the client does not have one
2D design and approximate budget based on requirements
Mood board and design solution
Soft confirmation from the client

5% OR MINIMUM ₹25,000

Material, Design & Agreement

The higher amount applies between 5% of the approximate budget and ₹25,000.

3D design preparation

Payment is based on the agreement and the higher applicable amount.

35% NORMAL / 50% BARE SHELL

Civil, Plumbing & Electrical Stage

Core site preparation and service-related execution works.

Site dismantling and clearance, mainly for renovation projects
Wall partition and brickwork, if required
Plumbing for kitchen, bathrooms, wash basin and pantry
Electrical layout for furniture, lighting, false ceiling, wardrobes, kitchen equipment, AC wiring and TV unit
Tiles and marble, if required
Plaster, POP, primer coating and painting

50% NORMAL / 35% BARE SHELL

Interior Production & Installation

Major interior execution, furniture and installation work.

False ceiling, if required
Woodwork and furniture, including wardrobes, TV units, desks and wall-mounted units
Glass, metal and fitting works, if required
Light fixing, AC fixing and equipment installation
Automation equipment, if required

10% FINAL PAYMENT

Finishing, Handover & Documentation

Final presentation, completion checks and formal project handover.

Final painting and wall highlights
Décor, curtains, furniture and movable-item arrangements
Rechecking of finishes, touch-ups and handover
Final handover video and client feedback
Work completion certificate and warranty card

Client inspection and phase-completion confirmation are part of the process.

CLIENT CONFIRMATION

Inspection at every completed phase.

Phase-wise work completion is confirmed by the client. This creates a clear record of project progress before the next stage begins.
